This core adds even more poppy power to the original, without hurting the linger time, cushion, and expanded sweet spot that the original provided. Returning triumphently to Players edition is the 10.5” by 8.25” NanoTac treated Carbon Fiber hitting surface, that not only earns the Type A its standard or “square” title, but helps in bringing a level of control. This control comes from the NanoTac texture that is integrated into the carbon fiber before construction to ensure it is not damaged from daily use, allowing us to trust it to grip the ball while it dwells on the rigid face for consistent spin.
